If your new purchase doesn't work out...
ToolManCentral.com understands that sometimes you may need to return products that have been purchased at our store. The following is a guideline to help ease the normally painful process of returning items.
We will acccept return of products that have not been used. These products must be returned no later then one week after your receive date. ToolManCentral.com cannot be held responsible for damaged product after it has been used. Please inspect all product on arrival. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation as soon as possible.
How Do I Do It?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase please contact us at 262-938-5950 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Please make sure that you include your order number and include a statement as to why you are requesting a return. On exchanges, ToolManCentral.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping to your card.
