- Provides a heat barrier from direct open flame contact
- Simply apply a bead of Hot Stop to the entire exposed surface to be protected and it will absorb the heat from welding, brazing or soldering
- Keeps materials cool, even under contact with Map Gas and Welding torches
- So efficient, Hot Stop can be applied to thin plastic or rubber and a direct flame from a Map Gas torch (3000° F) will not even distort the material
